Warranty & Returns

Any unauthorised use of aciigo brand name or trade mark constitutes trade mark infringement, and action will be automaticly taken against any infringer, anywhere in the world.
All products on this site are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase under the following conditions.

Aciigo warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (Case, movement, crystal). The warranty does not cover the following:
Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch after the terms of warranty.

  • Damage caused by water, fire or any natural disasters such as an earthquake
  • Damage caused by improper use or carelessness (Knocks, Crushing, dents etc.)
  • Damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Battery
  • Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging
  • Damages to crystal, glass, hands, crown, strap or buckle
  • Any alternation such as color on the straps and the peeling of the plating
  • Postage, insurance and other non-repair expenses are excluded from warranty
  • Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch, caused by unauthorised persons or its representatives

In the event that a product is returned and adheres to this warranty a repair will be carried out or replacement product will be issued.

If your watch is unsuitable then you can return it for a refund.
Any purchase made through www.localhost/aciigo.com may be returned up to 15Â days from receipt.
All products also come with a two year International Warranty.

Watch must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original packaging and with all protective packaging intact.
If there is any sign that the watch is used, we won’t be able to accept the return.
Contact us before returning any watch or straps, by sending us an email to hello@aciigo.com and specify your name and order number.

If the product is lost or have been damaged during transport, you should immediatly report it to us.
If the package is unclaimed, and/or returned to us, we reserve teh right to charge you a handling fee to cover the return shipping cost.

It is important that as soon as you receive your package, you check the goods / products to see if there are any damages or faults on the product, and that you have gotten the correct product.
If you receive an item that it does not match the product you item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days.

When returning a package it is important that you pack your order properly to avoid any damage on the item.

We do recommend that the watch is returned to us via a recorded service as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged.
We do not refund any postage costs.
